Martha Stewart* is in a new relationship, not with a “significant other,” but with social commerce startup OpenSky.com. The reason? To share products she has hand-selected as her personal favorites and to provide guidance in their use.

“Here at OpenSky, I want to inspire you to try new cooking, crafting and entertaining ideas. I’ll share some of my most trusted tools, interesting materials, favorite ingredients, and more. And I’ll provide some guidance, too, because I want you to try these things and, like any good teacher, I want you to succeed in your endeavors.”

OpenSky is a social shopping site that allows members to follow their own inner shopping cicerone by selecting products curated by some of the world’s top experts in food, style, health and design.

Celebs sharing the OpenSky spotlight with Martha include Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmerman, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro, Entertainment Tonight host Nancy O’Dell, actress Mariel Hemingway, professional organizer Julie Morgenstern, and many more.

Martha began the relationship on Cyber Monday with the sale of autographed copies of her book, Martha’s Entertaining: A Year of Celebrations.

OpenSky is the latest addition to Martha Stewart Living’s cadre of social networks, which include Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, and a blog.
