Initially dissed as a solution to a problem that may not exist, Facebook stores have found their niche in the world of popup retail – temporary stores to promote a product launch, retail event or marketing campaign.

Lacoste is the latest brand to go popup with a popup Christmas store for gifts, powered by Boosket‘s e-commerce app for Facebook.  The 6.7 million Lacoste fans get free delivery and a free Lacoste iPhone cover when they buy from the popup store. Smart way to build brand buzz and brand loyalty.
